Customer satisfaction is our primary concern at Start Print. We are committed to guaranteeing that each item you receive is in its original condition and meets the description. Our Refund Policy delineates the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as your rights.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You have the option to request a refund or substitution if:

  • The item is either damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly.
  • The incorrect product was dispatched.
  • The product does not correspond to the information provided on our website.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue in order to initiate a return at support@ijsmartsetup.online.

3. Items That Are Not Refundable

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:

  • Ink or toner cartridges that have been opened
  • Printers or accessories that have been previously used
  • Products that are digital or downloadable
  • Final-sale or clearance items
4. Return Procedure

Upon the approval of your return request:

  1. Return instructions and a return authorisation number (RMA) will be provided to you.
  2. Return the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Customers are accountable for the cost of return shipping, with the exception of defective or mistakenly shipped products.

5. Method of Refund

Refunds that have been approved will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card, or bank). Please allow for an additional processing time in accordance with the policies of your financial institution.

6. Products That Are Defective or Damaged

Please submit photographs of the product and packaging within 48 hours of the delivery of your order if it arrives damaged. Refunds or replacements may not be granted for claims submitted after this time frame.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within two hours of placement, provided that they have not yet been dispatched. The order will be regarded as a return, and cancellations are not permitted once it has been shipped.
